1. Fee Refund Policy
The course fee paid is non-refundable under any circumstances. Once enrollment and payment are complete, the student will not be eligible for any monetary refund.
We operate under a strict "No Refund" policy, as we believe students enroll after being fully satisfied with the information provided at our centers.
2. Batch Adjustment
We understand that students may sometimes have scheduling issues. In such cases, instead of a refund, we offer the following assistance:
- Batch Transfer: Students can request a transfer to another available batch.
- Subject Adjustment: We will help the student cover any missed or upcoming subjects in another batch according to their convenience.
- This facility is subject to seat availability and the discretion of the institute. For batch adjustments, students must contact our center's administration office.
3. Cancellation Policy
Once the enrollment process is complete, the student cannot cancel their enrollment. The institute reserves the right to cancel or change the schedule of any course. In such a situation, we will do our best to provide students with an alternative batch.
